Our Forté was founded as with the goal to help non-profits revitalize their fundraising activities, creating stronger bonds between organizations, their donors, team, the community... and the causes they all work together to support.

Over the years working with non-profits, Our Forté has developed a reputation as Event Revenue Experts, building strong, lasting relationships beyond the “one-and-done.” The team has worked to uncover the cause of decreased donor, volunteer, or team engagement, then devised strategies to create authentic connections and create a positive impact for all involved.

With the launch of Teams with EDGE, Our Forté founder Ashlee Livingstone adapted the experience gained through almost 20 years in non-profit leadership to build a strategic and mindful approach to foster and develop thriving, sustainable – and impactful – workplace culture.
We are culture champions. The goal of Teams with EDGE is to build connections with your team, your clients and your community and drive results for your business.
A proudly Canadian company, Our Forté has worked both with clients in the Greater Toronto Area as well as nationally and globally based groups such as the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, Burlington Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian Liver Foundation, Action Against Hunger and War Child Canada.

OUR TEAM
ASHLEE LIVINGSTONE
The best way to get to know Ashlee is over a drink! A combination of energy, creativity and passion, Ashlee is known for her original ideas mixed with a thoughtful logistical approach, helping bring out the best in every undertaking.

Whether inspiring leaders and teams to build a thriving culture of gratitude and value or working with non-profits to create meaningful donor relationships through team engagement campaigns and events, Ashlee works to build connections – between people, their goals and the broader community.
​
When Ashlee isn’t brainstorming new ideas, or keeping clients and their initiatives on track, she can be found playing baseball with her son Miller, hiking the Bruce Trail with her wife Kate and, feeding her never full (but handsome) golden retriever, Jaxson.
​
Her poker face may be a work in progress, but clients can count on Ashlee for her honesty, integrity and innovation. Ashlee takes pride in offering clients unique solutions while decreasing their stress and workload. As she always says, "A job well done is when a client has an 'Aha!' moment or says they didn’t know they could feel so in control in stressful situations!"

CONNOR VINCENT
Connor’s creativity and whimsical nature have paved the way towards her passion of planning unique and fun experiences for those within both her personal and business life.
Her fondest childhood memories, of organizing themed parties and special family celebrations are a testament to Connor's natural calling. She has spent the majority of her career working within the hospitality and events industry and has learned what elements are necessary to ensure a great client experience.
She has an Honours Bachelor of Applied Arts in Media Studies - Specializing in Public Relations from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Media Communications from Humber College. She has worked the last year in the fundraising space, and is familiar with the not for profit fundraising world.
She loves event management - arranging all the little pieces of the puzzle that go into planning an event- and watching all the pieces fall into place on event day. Connor frequently practices the philosophy of “loving what you do", regardless of the task at hand, and always does it with a smile.
JENNIFER MONINGS
Jennifer’s passion for hospitality, travel and photography can only be matched by the love she has for her dog Bunker - a rescue who is bigger than Jennifer herself.

A graduate from the University of Guelph's Hospitality and Tourism program, Jennifer is the queen of organization and knows what it takes to get the job done efficiently and can take a project from good to great.
She is a world traveler and has the stories to prove it, just ask her about the time she biked Bolivia's Death Road, the most dangerous road in the world!
ALANNA DI MAURO
Any day of the week and at almost any time, you can find Alanna drinking coffee and trying to get her 20lb cat off of her workstation.
With over a decade of experience in entertainment from television to music and live events, Alanna works with Our Forté to match the right talent to the event or opportunity and helps to bring some new marketing ideas to life.
