Q: What led you to this industry?
A: Combining our passions (events, volunteers and fundraising) we knew we could offer organizations who struggle with fundraising, sponsorship, events and volunteer management creative solutions and make a difference in not only their organizations but directly with those they serve.
Q: How do you choose your clients?
A: Luckily we have had a lot of word of mouth referrals from our clients and partners who introduce us to like-minded people and organizations. We work with clients who see value in our expertise and are motivated to add creative flair to their events and programs.
Q: What inspires you day to day?
A: We are both inspired by the teams of people who make a difference every day in our community and around the globe. We see the direct impact on someone’s life a fundraising event or new strategy has had and that feeling is truly validating.
Q: What is one tip you have for people aspiring to do what you do?
A: Harness your creativity. Working with not-for-profits and grass-roots organizations budgets tend to be limited and we must offer creative solutions for our clients to fit their budgets and meet their goals!
