Q & A with Alanna Memme, President of Highview Entertainment

November 1, 2017

Highview Entertainment; an artist development company which focuses on taking bands and artists to the next level in their careers through management or special projects.

I help artists and bands work towards their goals by putting together plans and leading the charge to execute them. It could be anything from the recording process to an album release, physical and digital marketing as well as publicity and promotion. I also focus on booking events and tours for artists and connecting them to charities, sponsors and industry professionals globally.

What inspires you day to day?

I am constantly inspired by the artists’ work and their desire to share their art with the masses. I am also inspired by fans’ stories about how the art has resonated with them. Everyone is different. One person may have an artist’s song as their wedding song, another may have it as their anthem while going through chemo. I’ve heard so many wonderful stories about how the music has impacted their lives so it’s hard not to be inspired by that.

What do you love most about clients & events you work with?

I am very selective about the artists and events I choose to work with. Not only do they need to be talented and have passion, all artists need to have a cause; something that they feel strongly about, and they all need to be willing to give back. Luckily, so many artists I’ve come across are incredibly charitable and always willing to take part in community or national events to give back.
